Turnaround time refers to the time in which our experts will provide you the first draft of your work to you. Turnaround time starts from the time by which all the required information is collected and the project brief is submitted. Once the client gives go-ahead on the project brief and outline, turnaround time starts and our experts start their work. In the case of holidays, turnaround time starts from the next working day. For logo designing, turnaround time is a maximum of 2 working days but if more than four logo concepts are involved in the package, the maximum turnaround time is 5 working days. For website design, the minimum turnaround time is 2 working days. While for website development, the minimum turnaround time is 3 working days (depending on the package).
